SDR team meeting agenda: a 30-minute weekly template
Run the whole programme from one place? Module 7 of the SDR Programme Playbook has a team call agenda, a 1:1 template and a monthly win book, £29 + VAT.
A team meeting should leave reps with one thing to do differently. Thirty minutes is enough.
The agenda
| Minutes | Item |
|---|---|
| 0 to 5 | Numbers: calls, meetings held, meetings accepted |
| 5 to 10 | Wins: two reps share one call or email that worked |
| 10 to 20 | Skill: practise one thing, such as an opener or an objection |
| 20 to 25 | Blockers: data, tools or handover problems |
| 25 to 30 | Actions: one per rep, with an owner |
Keep it useful
- Show numbers on one screen. Do not read them out.
- Practise out loud in pairs.
- Write the actions down and review them next week.
Use the weekly one-to-one for private coaching and the coaching framework to pick the skill.
Next step: score a call with the free SDR call scorecard.
