Want trackers ready to fill in? Module 5 of the SDR Programme Playbook has a KPI library and a sample leadership dashboard, £29 + VAT.
A weekly report should take ten minutes to write and two to read. Put six numbers on one page and add one sentence for each.
The six numbers
- Dials or touches made.
- Conversations or replies.
- Meetings booked.
- Meetings held.
- Meetings accepted by the account executive.
- Pipeline from accepted meetings.
Layout
Show this week, last week and the four-week average in three columns. Add one sentence under each row on what changed and why.

Who reads it
The SDR manager reads it every week. The account executive lead reads the held and accepted rows. Sales operations checks the definitions once a month.
Keep the definitions fixed
Write down what counts as a meeting held and a meeting accepted. Do not change them mid-quarter. The meeting to opportunity rate guide shows the formula.
See the KPI dashboard template and outbound SDR metrics.
